From what I have run into, most shops either won't do it, or want $45 or more for it. Look for home based ffls in the area. I use inkd up firearms out of Milwaukee

Attero Arms in NE Portland. I paid 25 to transfer a gun shipped in from an out of state individual.

Xtreme weapons off of Sandy. Like 90th and Sandy.
Had 3 lowers sent there from AIM 2 weeks ago. I think it was like $40 for all 3. $20, $10, $10. |

cut above pawn in Hillsboro/aloha isn't bad on x-fers. Like $25-30 if I remember right.

99 Gun and Pawn in Milwaukie is $30, 20 for transfer and 10 for bg check. Or at least it was, I moved away 3 months ago.

The transfer can be done person to person directly without transferring to the FFL. |
