Small lifts like that are pretty straightforward if you are a little bit mechanically inclined.
It's just spacers unless you're looking for a high end kit. There are a lot of shops but unfortunately I don't have any firsthand knowledge so I'd hate to give a bad recommendation. |

you really can't go wrong with the les schwabb suspension shop.
you aren't getting a low budget hillsboro auto shop price, but all the work is warrantied and you wont have to worry about washington county seizing your vehicle when they raid the place. |

There is a 4 wheel parts in Portland I think. They will lift it for you I bet.
