im looking for an FFL around Pendleton that will do transfers, I don't mind traveling to pilot rock, or Hermiston to get it done either. There are two gun shops I know of in Pendleton but they will not do transfers I refuse to pay MSRP +10% markup they are selling there guns for.

Did you ever find one? I don't know of any but I guess it's never a bad idea to know of another good one.

Eastern Oregon Tactical in Hermiston was always good to me and easy to deal with.
