I am visiting from Alaska and thought I might look for some subsonic .22lr since its been about 3 yrs since I have seen any up north.
Anybody have any good leads to share? I would love to take some back to shoot through my can. Thanks in advance!

Might as well hit up Cabelas while youre here but I havent seen any subs. Curts Discount Shooter Supply on McGloughlin Blvd had Gemtech but I think its OOS.

It's hit or miss. I don't even bother looking for it any more. So my conversion kits just gather dust.

They had some Standard Velocity at Palmetto state the other day (mail order, not local) as well as some subs. Other than that, some pops up here and there every once in a while at Sportsman's Warehouse, Bi-mart or fisherman's marine. But it is still rarer than hen's teeth it seems. I wold love for some retailers to just be hoarding the 22lr then just dump it all on the shelves all at once to make the panic buying stop. Would be nice. Then I could go out and buy 20k

I'll check on Tuesday morning and reply if Curt's has some sub 22. I know we had very little (a few boxes of some fiocchi sub 22) on Saturday night when we closed.

Palmetto has sub and standard still. My sparrow will be here within a month or two so I'll be damned if I'm going without ammo. But damn that's an expensive proposition.
