It's official! We are doing it again. This year's event will be on 10/22.
last year's thread MOA challenge thread - rules - divisions Last year we had fantastic prizes from LaRue Tactical, and great pulled pork cooked onsite by Jeep. Prizes... Yes. I have some prizes left over from last year. MBTs and some hats. Not enough for everyone, so it will just be for the top shooters. Don't have a proven gun? There will be several high quality rifles out there. I know there will be MOA guns that you can use. You might even get ammo to go with it, but I would assume most people would want the cost of the ammo to be covered by the shooter. High end ammo could cost $30 for one round. You don't want to try this with some mil-surp ball ammo 
Camping is open for Friday night and Saturday night. If you want to spend part of your day in a stand, let me know. After all, that is opening weekend for deer with rifles! For the TLDR crowd.... come out, shoot five - five shot targets on a single paper. See if you can shoot MOA or better. Hang out with other people from the HTF, eat some lunch (pot-luck). Go home and surf the internet to build your new MOA rifle that you have to have

Me and Meme are in....We plan to bring the 'Tent Mahal' and camp....Hope to be there Friday if you need a hand setting up and stay for the Saturday night campfire shenanigans......
.....Some Saturday after the Fall Shoot, if you need a hand pre-prepping, let me know.... ETA: Be forewarned, Meme has been getting some trigger time with my MOA set up....She's SERIOUS about sub MOA this time....

I ran a few rifles last time that were offered and did surprisingly consistent work with all of them, it just wasn't enough to win a trigger. The nut behind the trigger has been worked slightly since then, so hoping for a better result.

We have some food and supplies left from the Fall Shoot that we can bring to the MOA Shoot if y'all want....I'll get a list together of exact amounts and items and pass it along but I know there were hamburgers and hotdogs (uncooked), buns, plates, plastic utensils, soft drinks, water, chips, etc. that's already paid for/donated.....
