It is not the job of the government or schools to teach children morals as well as right from wrong, it is the responsibility of parents (both a mother and a father) in a home environment to do that! |

Same thing happened at that mall in Orlando, something like 900 black teens rushed the movie theater at the mall with shots fired outside. ZERO ARRESTS were made I don't think. Few robbed and harassed in the mix, and a stolen car was recovered at the scene with drugs in it.
With 900 lunatics out to show whitey and take over, I'd say several spare mags would be appropriate Jeep...and a few buddies would be nice. |

Wal-mart needs to hire retired Force Recon, Navy Seals, and Army Special Forces (Army can't just have one like everybody else so too many to name) as door greeters to put a stop to this nonsense! Or go full on proactive having a guy with an M4 standing at the door! Notice how everything calmed down real quick in France when there was a guy standing on every corner with a Steyr Bullpup hanging from a single point sling! |

I remember y'all saying something about that at the HTF shoot. My SO doesn't say anything negative, but she does sorta laugh when I'm loading the same gear in the back of her car for a trip. I just smile and tell her I hope she's right, but just in case.

Yeah, the better half always asks why I have an AR and full combat load everywhere we go plus our two pistols? Simple answer: Better to have it and not need it, then be wondering what good my rifle is doing me at home when I am in a gun fight with a pistol against a rifle or multiple opponents! With all the crap that has been going on since Ferguson, body armor goes everywhere we go also. Some might say that I am paranoid, but again, why buy it if one is not going to have it with them. It does one no good to own it if its at home when one needs it the most. My shooting buddy in Dacula bought a nice full blown setup of a tactical plate carrying vest with 3 double mag holders and I don't think its been out of his closet since he bought it. Last time we did some team drills and practical shooting I asked where his vest was and he said home in the closet. I said he didn't need to carry the plates just use the vest to build muscle memory for changing mags. Said he didn't want to get it dirty when he has a 6 mag hip rig for mags. I practice with both and my weak hand always goes to where the weigh is, its second nature now. |

I will never understand how, in the middle of a violent altercation, there is some aspect of sexual arousal or overwhelming desire to have intercourse that makes one want/need to rape a person. I realize it isn't about sex, but can't fathom how that become the result. I guess some people are just made of different stuff, or perhaps lacking some vital stuff, like humanness.
It's easy to characterize it as animalistic, but I've never seen wolves attack a caribou and decide to hump it, or even pitbulls attack a child and become aroused. It's something deeper and yuckier. Something carnal. |
