I know Point Blank up here in Mooresville has them for $99, so a little cheaper.

Mac Gun Worx in Gastonia does concealed carry classes for $50. They are on Franklin Blvd., so it would be a good drive from Cornelius, probably about 45 mins. but would be worth it to save some money. My wife and a friend took their CHL class there and had nothing bad to say about it.

Thin red line is $50 i think. Im not sure if they are still offering it but Denver Defence had a groupon for $79 and a free month of range time

I only paid 49 bucks south of the triangle area. Couple in Sanford do the class but they hold it in Siler City.

I work at Point Blank in Mooresville. class is $99. I took mine there before I worked there. Happy with the class I took. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.

The class is intended to be fairly standardized. In reality, most are a joke due to some of the people that attend.
Find the cheapest one you can, and then read the regulations yourself. The shooting part itself is an absolute waste of time for most people. I took my wife to the range once I preparation for it. Sent her to class with a different pistol, one she'd never even seen before. She scored 40/40 shooting for the second time in her life. I absolutely wouldn't pay $100 or more for the class. Something around $50 would be good, and preferably no more than $79. |
