Buddy of mine does them for $20, plus $15 additional (I think). He's home based, just off Harris between 85/77. Storm Weapons.

there is a pawn shop up in troutman that did 2 stripped lowers for $10. I can't remember the name but its on main street

The Lone Coyote charges $10 per transfer. They're in SC near Carowinds. He can do long gun transfers for NC residents.

Back when I lived in that area I used a bait shop in eastern Lincoln County and a used car lot (Ozark Guns) in Gastonia. They were both $15 or 20.
