Does anyone know where to find the regulations for powder storage in Wake County? How much is to much and anything weird that the county requires?

Also if it covers firearms and ammunition too would be great.

I looked once couldn't find anything, some say the local fire codes apply but I searched local fire codes and couldn't find anything.
