So, the main breaker box had a single empty circuit available.  I removed the master bath jacuzzi motor from above that empty slot, and put in a 100A 2-pole breaker.  Then added a GE sub-panel, as I need to run about 6-8 circuits for various needs, plus add the jacuzzi motor back in.

Does anything look amiss in my 2AWG wiring?

I'm not real happy with the main box wiring.  I'm used to seeing all of the neutrals on one side, and all of the grounds on the other.  This main box has them mixed.  As such, I'm confused as to whether I should bond the neutral strip with the ground strip in the sub-panel?

Nevermind, got my answer...

Turns out I did it correctly.  The right ground bar has to tie through the breaker to the right main lug, which it does.  If not, it'll blow up the main breaker, bad, mkay.

All I knew was that it looked good, with how the wires are run. I've seen pics of some that were a real mess.
