I bought some items from a company advertising "Cyber Monday" specials. Items ordered, confirmation email received and card charged.  Over a week later and no "your items have shipped" email or items in hand.  I emailed said company who explained they got a LOT of orders and it might be another week.  A week later I got the "your items have shipped" email and had said items in-hand shortly thereafter.





Sometimes communications from companies regarding such issues could be improved. And sometimes we as customers are just a bit impatient.
