The bullets weigh 20 grains and have a dome shaped ogive with a little bit of hollow point, hence "short range". The speed on the box is over 1600 fps, but the bullets won't maintain that long. I shot two through a 39A the other night. The crack is similar to other high speed .22 RF ammunition. |

Seemed like a nice place over the weekend, the prices didn't seem that crazy, but I haven't been in a real gun shop in some time... |

I need to scan a photo of the '48 C170 I owned. I had access to a 170B with a Doyne conversion for a couple of years, too; the owner didn't have time to fly it, and since I delivered it for him from Washington state, I guess he figures I should. |
