Hello all. My family and I currently live in Tuscaloosa, AL. I recently took a position with a new employer in Huntsville and will be moving there to begin work in November.

Unfortunately, due to finicial considerations, my wife and son cannot move with me (in the short term) until she finds a new job in Huntsville or our house in Tuscaloosa sells.

She has a AS in management and a BS in Business from UA and has roughly 13 years of office management experience at the electrical maintenance department at UA.

If anyone knows of a potential job for her please email or PM me. I truly appreciate it.

If anyone is interested in the house it is:

A home built in 1999/2000, about a half+/- acre, Approx 2600 square feet, brand new oven, new water heater, 2.5 year old fridge,  new control unit in the AC, new control unit in the dishwasher, microwave stays etc. Tons of storage. In the Magnolia Park subdivision, in a cul-de-sac. Will be listed less than 200k. Hill Crest School zone.

Rent it to college kids and then do a 100% write off to the insurance company in 1 year.

Hahaha. That would be awesome. It would take a lot of trashing though, its all brick.

I don't know of any employment opportunities in Huntsville but if you need help selling your house let me know. My little sister is a realtor and a good one. Congratulations and good luck on the new job.
