Guys,

I purchased a duplex in Gary and am looking for a licensed contractor (licensed in Gary) for basic siding repair, gutters, chimney repair, deck repair, minor wood rot etc. Aluminum siding. Needs power wash, primed and painted as well. Please be licensed, bonded, insured.

Anticipated to start early July.

Especially when you consider EXACTLY what Gary is...

Usually the cities/towns in economic duress have fees/regulations like these.

....but we continue to deal with it because you can make a boat load of money....
