Well shit. Now that the MSP is involved, it'll get banned. Your FFL should have done it as Other. That's how Mossberg got it through the ATF.

Maybe you can have it sent to Scott's Gunsmithing. They understand the legality of that particular gun. They even make thier own version of it. I'm sure they could help. If they cant help try Engage Armament in Rockville.

That sucks. There has to be some way to do the transfer. If Freds Sports can sell this http://www.blackacestactical.com/_p/prd3/3250932101/black-aces-tactical-dt there has to be a way. Freds is a stocking dealer, there's one on the shelf right now. This state is impossible......

From another forum, MSP thinks they are pistols. Need to be submitted to the Handgun Roster. WTF? I hate this state.
