That's awful. His last post was 7/23 on MdShooter's saying he was sick but it sounds like he didn't think too much of whatever it was he was coming down with. That's truly a loss for the MD Shooting community.

I grew up in MD in the 1980s.
I remember a gun store on ( I think) Joppa road; it was called Nichol's. I loved that place! They always had a few old mil-surp rifles and they would humor me (and my dad) by letting us take a look at them. We even had their gunsmith blue a Thompson-Center BP Hawken we built together. Was the Mr. Nichols who just passed related to that old store in any way? |
