If they are already in the FBI terrorist watch list wouldn't they be rejected during the NICS check?

How many times do you hear of someone being denied immediate gun purchase by nics only to be cleared a few days later.  This system is full of false rejections and the terrorist watch list is too

The issue with the NFL is you have no clue your name is there, a high likelihood of error and no recourse to get it removed.
