I'd highly recommend
The FIRE Institute just outside Pittsburgh PA. If you look way back in the Archives I'm sure you can find mine and others reviews of their courses. The low light training was in their level 2 course (Tactical Pistol 2 or Tactical Carbine 2) - such that you had to take the initial Tactical Carbine or Pistol course (it makes thing much safer and easier if you're all on the same page for range operations and skill sets).
Prices are good, but I really like the instructors and the curriculum. Bonus for going there is the block on the legal aspects of shooting in self defense. Pete, the owner and an instructor for the school, taught the class. Did I mention Pete is a lawyer who specifically deals with those kind of cases in his practice?
TonyF is also an instructor there, and you can occasionally find him in the Training forum on this site.
I don't see the night courses being offered this year, but I'd suggest contacting them and perhaps they could set one up.
