Anyone enroute to baltimore?

I would normally, but I am in Afghanistan....

I'm at work about one or two miles north of Mondawmin Mall as I type this.
I hear nothing about state agencies closing on the news last night or this morning on the way to work.
I get here, and there was an email sent out at 5:20 AM saying that all state agencies in Baltimore City are closed today.
They couldn't send this out last night, or notify the media like they do with snow closings?  
Typical state efficiency.  Today is my last day at this agency, so it looks like I won't have too many goodbyes to say.  

I heard a guy at work talking about "Oathkeepers".  What the heck is that?  I'm too lazy to Google.

In concept a nice idea.  Those people who once swore an oath to protect and defend the Constitution, will do so in times of National Emergency.  In practice the national leadership are not poster boys for heroic figures to rally behind and there's been a little too much of the lunatic fringe getting too much attention for being on hand to help where help wasn't needed.

Again nice idea, but the leadership on the national level seems to be form the Al Sharpton School of leadership.  Local coordinators?? I have yet to see anything particular good or bad.
