Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Threaded Pac-Lite upper legal in MD?

Someone in MD is interested in buying a Tactical Solutions Pac-Lite upper I am selling.  It is serialized and a "firearm" so it has to go through an FFL but is it legal to import into and posses in MD?  Assume it was manufactured only a couple of years ago.  Not sure how your new gun laws affect pistols with threaded barrels and I am not finding the information readily available.
