Rush is thinking he would be nominated to the SCOTUS. I really doubt that.
Being held in contempt by congress means that his appointment can be held up as a legislative order. Would only take 1 senator to do that... The only problem is that there is likely a bigger fuck stain swirling the drain ready to take his place. I miss John Ashcroft. |

Yep, he has a great record of having legislation & actions he defends being struck down or ruled unconstitutional by the SCOTUS. The response is always indignantly arbitrary comments like "We don't agree withy the ruling." Well no duh. That's cause they are on the wrong side of right 99% of the time.
