Gunz Inc usually has carry handles in the display cases. No idea about mil-spec or otherwise.

In Lexington, Washington Trading Company has a lot of stuff on-hand all the time.
Jay Evans also has some AR build pars in stock. Personally, I do almost all business with WTC. Great guys.
