I have had my renewal notice for a while but it seems that I just can't get the time to go to the SO to renew my CCDW.  Well, to be honest, when I remember, I can't...  So I did it online through KSP today and have a few questions - would appreciate your input.  

I paid the KSP $50 ($40+$10 fee), as I see it I still owe the SO - how/when/do I still have to pay the SO?

Curious how long it takes for processing, when should I expect a new card?

How will I get the new (renewal) card?  Pick up at SO?  USPS?

Well I am impressed - and I will be sending a letter advising KSP.

KSP emailed a pdf file of an "Issuance Notice" already (about 30 minutes from payment/submittal) and advised that the license is being sent to the SO and will be ready in about two weeks.

You will have to pay the Sheriff his fee when you pick up the new license.

Yes sir, forgot to add but they state that in the Issuance Notice.
