"Gabriel Petek, Standard & Poor’s Credit Market Services’ California analyst, early this year warned, according to CNBC, “The revenue picture has dimmed a little bit.” He stated that the only states with a worse S&P credit rating than California are New Jersey, Kentucky and Illinois."

So how bad is it around here?   Taxes abound here in KY... and KY govt has a low credit rating....hmmph.

I suspect a lot of that has to do with the unfunded pension situation in KY.   The Dems have raided the pension funds several times.   I think Governor  Bevin is working on improving the situation.

This. Remember this state was ran by democrats for over a century. This election is the first election where we're republican controlled.
