What I said. 2 circuits on 2 seperate breakers are "back feeding". What is this?
There are 5 rooms that come one with one breaker on. Turn that one off and all five rooms go hot with the next breaker flipped on.
Dangerous?
Anyone know an electrician near Demossville, KY?

Is it causing trouble?  I live in S.Boone county and might be able to help.

Get an outlet tester and start mapping out the circuits.

Thanks! We are trying that today. It has not caused problems yet. But we want to add some outlets and do not want to overload. I may message you if we can not figure it out. Do you work for ammo?

Fixed. One outlet had 2 hot lines connecting the 2 circuits.

Yikes!

Thanks for posting the solution, this seems like something worth knowing just in case it ever comes up.

I need someone that knows what they're doing to run them as well. I'm not going to be pulling up my new neighbors electric and water lines!
