I am also in Louisville and getting into the suppressor game.

I am going to either Sportsmans Rod + Gun in ETown or Gamiliel (sp?). When you gotta wait 3-9 months for the ATF to process your tax driving a few hours is no big deal.

KY Gun Co. in Bardstown.
They have AAC in stock. 48 minutes door to door from my house in the East End.
Jen is great to work with and can order it if its not instock.
Got my SDN-6 from them for $700 something.

I've bought both my cans from Rex Tyson in Lexington (C3man) and he is the go to Guy. Super friendly, always has great stock and just can't ask for a better fella.

Strongly advise against Sportsman's. The owner sold me a upper that he knew wasn't what he told me it was. A buyer beware situation, but none the less. I've since quit doing business with them after going there loyally for 5 years.

Here is with whom I have dealt.

Absolutely amazing people.

At the time, I drove from Louisville to there to do my business.  I spent about $2,500 at that time.    I drove down and picked up my suppressors when the stamp came in.     I won't go into details, but they far exceeded my expectation in supporting me, my purchases, the buying experience, and more.    These people are ate up with excellence in customer service.

They have a great stock on hand.   At least give them a call and see what they can do for you.   I general deal with Grayson Pate.

As for Lotus,  they are a class three dealer.    Their suppressor selection is not large.    However, they have had some good sales.   Moreover, outside of sales,  I know they have cut me a smoking deal on a SilencerCo Sparrow.      In addition,  they do have a nice selection of guns, especially collectibles, and some great custom handmade knives.     They have always been fair with me.   Oh, and they do have some good BBQ for lunch on certain days.

As many of you know, I recently added a SilencerCo Sparrow for $330.    That was from Lotus.

Chase,

It looks like KY Gun Co has Surefires in stock, here is one:
http://www.kygunco.com/surefire-suppressor-556-223-black-fa556sa-33359

We've met a few times at Fawbush's shoots: zombie match a few years ago and I won his get together last late May with my Mk18 clone. He and others call me Beardy.

I got a call from Lincoln Arms on Monday that my stamp came in.  Picked it up yesterday evening about 615 pm.  Great service and communication from Lincoln Arms.  i saved quite a bit of money too going through Silencer Shop.  (no sales tax, no retail prices)

How long did the stamp take to come in? Trust or individual?

Yes I did/still do.
Good memory.

yes, exactly 90 days from mailed to stamp received.  There's certainly room for improvement on the ATF's part, but that's not bad considering some of the wait times in the past.
