Comes up as a PDF and I can't fill in the information. What should I do?

Try a different PDF reader.
I think most of the modern ones will let you arbitrarily add text as needed and print or save the document. Word or a similar office suite might as well. |

Save the PDF to your desktop, and edit from there.
A Form 4 is only going to be used at a FFL, and they'll have to enter their FFL # into the box, plus their EIN. What is it you're getting? |
