Spent 15 minutes at a sheriff's office in PA.

Gave them application , $20 money order and they took my picture

10 mins later, I received a permit to carry.

CT is a joke.

Any non resident PA permit requires a pistol permit from the state of residence.

So money order $20, bring your driver's license and CT pistol permit and a completed PA application.

Grab a deli type number. When your # is called you walk in back, sit down with Sheriff for a few mins while he runs background .

Once background is completed they call your name and hand you the permit.

It probably took you longer to type up that post then use internet search to find the answer.

Per the link the previous person posted, the PA non resident permit is recognized/honored by: "Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming"

Edit to add: It should be noted a number of those states are "constitutional carry" states where a permit is not needed to carry so one could carry there without a PA non resident permit.
