Well I spoke to soon today sucked just got back from droping the dog off a the 24 hour vet, don't know what's wrong with him but I don't have a good feeling about it.

Well, waiting for the insurance guy to get here, kitchen window leaking heavily from the upper casement and under the sill, coming from inside the wall. I snow broomed the roof yesterday but evidently to no avail. Friken ice dam water must be working its way under the roof/exterior wall. This with a new roof/windows/siding and full kitchen remodel less than 8 years ago. Winter sucks, having lived here for 64 years if I never saw under 50% again I'd be extremely happy. Couple more years to go....
