Thanks for your help/. Yes and yes. You can SBR a lower and put any caliber you want on it. This only gets into fishy waters if you plan on using a trust. If you do it as individual no problems, unless your CLEO is a douche. |

You could do either of those.
If you choose option #2 then you would have to get DPS to issue you a certificate of possession for it prior to sending in your Form 1. 9mm AR = fun. Suppressed 9mm AR= stupid fun https://youtu.be/8uFRbshADCs

Not an SBR but I am seriously looking into the Freedom Shoppe AIDS cannon. If you have a Glock 9mm with plenty of Happy Sticks or 50 rd drum, get them to build you an AIDS Cannon with Quarter Circle 10 Glock small frame lower !!! QC10 even makes a large frame version for 45/10mm !!!
