The last batch of there were almost all prebans. You can call aim and insted of getting a magazine they will work with you on getting a Preban serial number.

That decision is up to the potential buyer. Without a letter confirming preban status.. I would have no interest, cause I like to nfa Errthing! To each their own |

It would be great for someone looking to rattle can a gun. Inpick up lowers that have bad finishes for cheap and duracoat them. $30 worth of duracoat does 4-5 lowers. As for it being out of spec...just fit a dedicated upper, no biggie. |

It's a CNC pre ban AR lower. I'm surprised it lasted this long, how the hell else can you gy a CNC lower without being in the protected class?

I'll venture to say that every lower was CNC machined in mass production.
Unless the CNC acronym means something else in this case
