Here they come, up the road, with the malloy campaign banner stretched across the road...

malloy's in the middle, with bloomenthal on his left, and john fucking mckinney on his RIGHT!!!!!

The asshole ran as a republican, against Tom Foley, to take malloy out of office.

I was wearing one of those blue "Unconstitutional State" t-shirts, with the Connecticut state emblem upside-down and a CCDL cap. All my friends were all quiet, just waiting to see what I was gonna' do. My wife's saying, "Please, hun. Don't say anything. Remember last year? Don't say anything."

Just stood there, with my sunglasses off and my hands in my pockets, and very audibly "Booed" them, as they walked by.

Except I looked right at mckinney and I said, "Traitor!"

They saw me... Saw my shirt... Looked back up at me again... The smiles gone from their phony faces... THen glanced in the other direction to wave to friendlier faces.

mckinney knows me. He knows me, my face and my name.

I highly doubt that motherfucker will give me a moment's thought later, or anytime in his future... But for that moment, he knew what the expression on my face meant.

Fucking traitor.

Edited to add... I also want to point out that TOm Foley walked in the parade too.

He was AFTER the democrat delegation of socialist retards, but headed off the entire republican party's current campaign reps.

Tom Foley WAS there... But mckinney decided to walk with malloy.

Jesus Christ.

Walking with the Democrats.   Wow....just wow.  If anything, I think you held your temper well.  That's just unbelievable.

Yeah...absolutely agree.

Does he believe Malloy will win and is sucking up for a job?  I cant think of another reason unless he was a plant to begin with within the Republican Party.

Given this display...it sure shows where his ideology falls.

Who? Me? At last year's parade?

Oh, this is based on my comment earlier.

Go easy on me... Been drinking.

What I did, was I freaked the fuck out and embarrassed/shocked everyone around me, when malloy, bloomingberg (or whatever his "independent party" name is) and some other asshat and all their sycophantic followers trailed along behind them, seeking praise for malloy's actions of castrating all the legal gun owners in the state of Kuntecticut.

The new "assault weapon" laws had pretty much just been signed and, like everyone else with a brain, I woke up and went to bed every day, wanting to move out of this God-forsaken state, but not before taking a flamethrower to everything behind us, as we drove out of town.

I stood, practically in the exact same spot as we did this year, and frowned, pointed my finger, telling malloy he's a traitor and didn't uphold his oath to defend the Constitution and that he's catering to the majority voter base to get reelected, etc, etc, etc. I also followed his procession, as they walked down Glover Avenue (where we tend to sit for the parade) and didn't stop antagonizing him, until a big black guy in an immaculately tailored white shirt and black tie, asked me to stop.

Kinda'/sorta' similar to this year, I had a Ron Paul 2012 "Restore America" t-shirt on, and since it was rainy, we had a canopy set up for the kids. And on that canopy, I had my Gadsden Flag zip-tied to a pole, along with a big old sign that quoted Thomas Jefferson, regarding his views on the importance of maintaining the Second Amendment to fight tyranny. I don't recall the quote right now, because company just left and we've been drinking all day. ALL day!

So... I stomp back to my seat, after being confronted by Bubba. And for the next half hour, some bald headed white dude stood stone faced, across the street from me, with mirrored sunglasses on, just watching me and the rest of our frineds/family. He eventually left, but it's one of those things that REALLY gets the rumor mill going around this libtard town. i don't care. Fuck 'em all. Bunch of socialist, commies.

I still can't fucking believe what I saw.

And I WISH I had a photo of it. But I'm sure we'll see it in the paper.

I don't see him switching sides unless the Republican Party makes it really uncomfortable for him.

I would venture to say he is trying to keep his distance from Foley based on all the attacks against Foley "supporting" the 2nd amendment.  He does represent Newtown and that town is now the honorable capital of CT.

I found that picture on the Courant. I looked there, because I'm expecting some article that mentions my name in it, after I spoke to one of their fantasy writers for a half hour.

This woman, about 45 - 50 years old, comes over to me (today), saying that she noticed my "Unconstitutional State" t-shirt and CCDL hat, and wanted to know how I felt about the recent primaries and the current sentiments in town. SHe wanted to make sure I lived here and wasn't just someone who drove in from out of town. I told her I recognized her name (on her nametag) and that I recall reading some of her articles and even though I'm willing to talk to her, I wanted her to know that I thought her articles were very heavily biased towards the liberal progressive agenda.

I actually didn't recognize her name. I rarely read shit, if I can help it. I just wanted to make her uncomfortable, because sh'e automatically "the bad guy", in my book, just out of association with a deliberate propaganda rag.

I gave her my take on Visconti and common core and Foley and malloy's sorry fuciking ass and how the local democrats WILL vote for a republican, for the right reasons, because they're sick of the lousy economy and they're angry about the federal enforcement of common core. But they won't vote for "that Second Amendment guy", Visconti. They'll vote for Foley though, because he's not all in your face "guns, guns, guns!" But Visconti might easily get maloy reelected. And if that happens, we're leaving this state.

She said I provided some original insight that she never heard of?

Don't these people talk to people outside of their offices? I know damn well that I'm not the first person to divulge their sentiments on the upcoming election.

So, I was looking for a mention of an interview that some gash got from me, and I found that picture, above.

I have always suspected that McKinney was a Democrat at heart and the only reason he ran as a Republican was to cash in on his father's reputation and name recognition.

I have voted for the guy in the past (because the alternative was worse), but certainly not in the recent primary, and not in the future, either.

I still have never been able to figure out what a common sense gun law is, and no one has ever been able to explain it to me.

Rob Neville, a 43-year-old software developer from Redding who watched the parade with his 9-year-old daughter, applauded Malloy's strong support of tougher gun control laws in the aftermath of the Sandy Hook school shootings.

"With everything that's happened here in Newtown recently, that's really important to me and my family,'' said Neville, who was wearing a t-shirt showing his support for what he called "sensible gun laws."

Neville was quick to point out that he doesn't agree with all of Malloy's policies. "I think more should be done to attract more small businesses,'' he said. "However in light of everything else, I support him. His progressive views...those outweigh everything else."
View Quote

There is so much derp with Mr. Neville's comments. I'll be he has no idea that the "sensible gun law" Malloy rammed through wouldn't have prevented the tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary. Nor does it prevent most other shootings and crimes. Funny how they scream for so called "sensible gun laws" yet those laws ONLY affect those who choose to follow the law, the very people least likely to commit crimes. He fails to realize that his so called "sensible gun law" is a political solution to the problem of crime. Dopes like him think that by banning one specific tool you can change human propensity for violence. History has LONG proved Mr. Neville wrong.

He outs himself as a Progressive by saying he supports Malloy's "progressive views". What he fails to realize is that he cannot have the desire to attract more small business while holding those progressive views. He fails to realize the reason why the economy sucks in CT is PRECICELY because of Malloy, his, and all of the other "progressives" who enact all the taxes, rules and regulations that do nothing other than drive business out of CT. He fails to realize that so long as people like him keep electing people like Malloy there will never be an attractive business environment here in this state.

McKinney is a sack of shit. He's a Democrat who only maintains a GOP affiliation so he can ride his father's coat tails. Expect a party change in the near future, though, especially if Foley gets elected.
