I know for a fact they are.
Goofy looking thing though... 
Kinda' like that MAKO "Starfish" multiplier for 10 round AR mags. |

Heh, I've seen one of those on an AR in a Long Island gun shop.
Thanks for the reply. Is there a product that'll attach two mags or only three? Hell, maybe glue two together? |

you can get double couplers for 10/22 mags.

The "hot lips" magazines interlock, 2 or 3 at a time. Unwieldy and impractical, but certainly fun.
