Shiritaki scampi (they're the tofu blend ones, much better texture and flavor). The sauce is a great pairing as it really combines well with the angel hair and covers up the unconventional noodle.

Tonight dinner venison hamburger with onions and garlic and tomato. Usually over pasta or egg noodles not any more not even the bread to soak up the juices. Miss those alot. Happy Camel any recipes for pasta or noodles or bread. Goal weight to be 190ish. Hopefully not much longer then maintain.

The bread simulants will never be good IMO. I've got a decent gnocci recipe and a delicious cheddar biscuit recipe we do with sausage gravy. Fills you up alllll day and they reheat all week. Noodles the tofu shiritaki are your best bet. We do hamburger helper style with them as well as scampi or pink sauce.

Do you have a specific brand of noodle that you like? Always looking for new ones to try. Solid dinner pic BTW, looks great.

I posted this pic here I think about 6 months ago. Last night my wife and I saw video if the same exact white challenger with 6 or so mattresses on it on a segment on Inside Edition.
It was a segment about people doing stupid stuff on/with their vehicles. It was in Phoenix last fall, we were there on vacation. We both started laughing.

@HappyCamel hook us up with the gnocci and the cheddar biscuit recipes please!

My wife made some kind of low carb bread replacement that was pretty ok. It was a low carb "bagel". It actually kind of tasted like a bagel but it was the consistency of a corn muffin. I wouldn't eat it by itself or just with cream cheese but they were awesome for a ham/bacon egg and cheese sandwich in the morning.

Skate was dirt cheap so...

Skate wing with caper, artichoke, and shallot ragu. Un-pictured side was shaved fennel salad with a yuzu vinaigrette.

I love ammo cans.  I added more when I got my local dicks to price match my Walmart 420rd deal.

Now go to Walmart and fill them with clearance ammo

Salt your zucchini noodles and put them on paper towels to remove moisture. You can even press them in paper towels. This will reduce the liquid they exude which dilutes the dishes flavors.
