Yeah, I saw that last night. They aren't even shipping rebuild kits to ban states anymore.

Noticed that when I was shopping for 10 round Ruger 22/45 mags.  Didn't know it applied to permit holders as well.  Thanks for the data point.

More biz for the local stores then.
