At the rate of bans we have going exceeding the number of people willing to stay, you mods will be out of work soon.
Maybe now with two mods you guys can team up and do some hammer blocking

i asked them in the UK forum if they'd take Piers Morgan back.
they called him a twit and said no, he's your punishment for giving us (them) Jerry Springer. man had a point. i'm still wondering what we did to Canada to deserve Celine Dion though. |

You guys (the okhtf mods) should be told if there's something that irritates the big cheese's and be left to handle it since you know all of us better than they do. It just sucks when folks are banned or punished and our own mods aren't even consulted. |

Just an FYI kind of post. Mods do not get to ban anyone, so neither Wingman or now Lucky will ban you.
Site Staff are the ones that get to ban you, and I don't recall having to ban anyone in this forum for a looooong time. If someone from OK crosses the line elsewhere on the Site, that has nothing to do with this one forum. Plus, you really have to screw up to get "banned". Your account may get locked, even permanently in the time slot. Even then, you can normally work out the problem with the Staffer that locked you. |

Getting banned is relatively easy by posting on some unpopular subjects and whether you succumb to the provocateurs this website seems to have in abundance.
I don't know what Nighthawk did to get banned but I do know there are plenty of posters on this website that troll posts, provoke others into nasty comments, then report them. I post in GD some and have had several try to provoke me into nasty responses. It is always the same people doing it again and again to me and others. Some of them are life members. Just be careful if you post in other parts of this website. One or more being banned here will make the HTF a real ghost town. |

Hopefully, whoever banned Mark then will be willing to let him come back. I watched his posts and I know why they axed him and I also know he was extremely careful to stay within the rules. He's not trying to lure anyone away from ARFCOM and he's always supported and recommended this site so all they did was hurt themselves and sour other paying members towards what is seen as heavy handed punishment. He's just a small business owner who supports our second amendment and we should all be working together instead this kind of stuff. All I can do is ask that whoever did it, reconsider their decision and restore his membership. |

I just looked at Nighthawk111's account, and he managed to get banned by one of the owners of this site. You really have to screw up for them to ban you.
He received a message when his account was locked, and whom he had to contact to resolve the problem. It is now up to him if he wishes to do so or not. |

You know how you can tell when a HTF is problematic, there will be several Staff members making regular visits. |

If he has participated in this forum long enough, he has seen quite a participants here banned, The last one I know of being banned (besides Nighthawk) happened while he was doing disaster relief work in the Philippines. A well liked member is banned, a staff member starts posting, and we have a new moderator appointed from within our ranks, all within a week? And there is nothing going on?
