Anyway, an Obama-appointed judge dismissed the defamation suit filed by VCDL.  

Really sad.  Couric created fake news and now she's getting away with it.

Phil sent out an update saying they are going to appeal.   The judge basically said that it doesn't matter if she didn't show the actual answer because he didn't like what the actual answer was.   Which ain't exactly jurisprudence.
