I plan on visiting 340 Defense that is in W. VA with my suppressors. Any issue in bringing my suppressors cross state lines into W. VA from VA?

No issues, You don't need the 5320.20 for suppressors. For everything else you do.

Thanks. I'll have to make note of the 5320.20 as I plan on building an SBR next year.

As a side note - how long does the "approval" take to get back from the ATF?

Is it a notification or a permission slip?

You need to get the approved returned form back.

I called the ATF about it in December and they said 3 months to be safe. Others have said they got theirs back in just a couple weeks though.

Also, you can get the form approved for up to a year.
