It's never warm enough to swim in VA Beach. I'm a scuba diver and have lived in VA Beach for 13 years. |

I work at Dam Neck, I would offer to run down and check the water by doing a "toe test" but they building the pipe system to begin sand replenishment for Sand Bridge.

The surf report says its 52F, recommends wetsuits for surfers.

I am surfing at 1st street in a 3/2 with boots and gloves. It is possible to swim without the gear, but it won't be fun.
