Saw my third BFL today on a silver Ford Explorer. Rt 7 near Trader Joe's about noonish.

The first two I saw never fessed up. Third time a charm?

The first was a blue (I think) Jeep Compass or similar with a cargo rack. It was in Tyson's as well and the other was on the beltway near 66.  I think it was a smaller SUV and had a red BFL.
