Yuck.

The WalMart in Emporia had a ton of ammo when I was going through there last week for work. So did another WalMart in that area, but Im not sure what town it was in. It was a tiny store if that helps and it was headed West of Emporia, maybe 20 minutes or so

We've shot some of the Brass Max in .380 and it was great. Fairly clean stuff, reasonably accurate, no problems, and cheaper than other stuff. It might not be as hot a load as some others, though. At least, that's what it felt like.

I saw one of the Wallyworlds (may have been Ches Sq or Suffolk/College Dr) also had BrassMax 223. Picked up a couple of boxes.

Chantilly Walmart restocked in a big way last night.  Tons of 9mm and .223, quite a bit of a lot of other stuff.  And they had four boxes of Remington Golden Bullet .22LR.  When I was gone, so was that, another gent and I split it.

That's NOT federal 9mm.  Doesn't say it anywhere on the can.  It does however say ZQI, which after some digging is the new importer for MKEK which is the munitions manufacturer for the Turkish Army, and in theory the ammo is NATO spec... But so was Paki .308 and look how well that worked...

The 9mm is made in Bosnia and Herzegovina. After a little searching, it seems to be made by the same company that makes PPU. The .223 brassMAXX seems to be made by Fiochi.

I will say, the ammo performed well and I didn't have any problems out of it with my XDm or 92FS.

PPU is made in Serbia.  Looks like a company called Igman is in B&H, heard the name before but no idea on it.  But yeah BrassMaxx has a decent rep.

Chantilly WalMart had a bunch of ammo cans around noon today when I stopped by. They had the Federal 420round 55gr cans for $199, and some of those ZQ cans - both 5.56 and 9mm. Too rich for me, but I was pleased that I actually saw ammo cans of stuff at my local store

North Richmond Walmart has Tula 9mm @$10/50 and one brassmaxx left @$22/100. Also had tons of .40 and 100rd boxes of .45, and cases of the $500 1200rd 223/556.

Sounds like the Sterling Walmart may have some 50-round boxes of 22LR in stock.  My mom just called asking how much ammo should cost.

She probably went there to pick up a couple Plano side-by-side cases that I mentioned would be useful after I saw them at the Leesburg store and sent her an email.

Leesburg didn't have any 22 contrary to what the new brassbadger site said.  Brassbadger does show some in stock in Sterling.

Lynchburg Wards Rd Wal Mart was putting out a lot of ammo when I was in there earlier. Picked up 3 100 round Winchester 9mm value packs. They have one of the 420 round M193 ammo cans in the case, but it's $199... Palmetto State Armory is selling this same thing right now for $169.99 plus shipping, so it's not really a deal unless you need it right now.

Looked like they had a little of everything except 22LR and 22Magnum.

Good to hear that Chantilly walmart (the new one at 28 and 50 right?) has handgun ammo. The Fair Lakes walmart no longer stocks handgun calibers, as far as I can tell. The shelves are bare anyway, but there aren't even any price stickers for 38, 40, 45, 9mm, etc. I wonder why, since they sold a TON of that stuff.

Anyone seen any more TulaAmmo .308 anywhere, or know its on a shelf somewhere?  It actually shoots really great in my Ruger GSR and I'm trying to grab up some more of it.  Got a couple of the last boxes at my local wallyworld but I'd like to pick up as much as possible.

Federal 45, AE 223. Federal Hydrashock 45, Winchester 64gr 223, AE 44Mag, Federal 9mm, Winchester 45 bulk packs, Blazer 9mm, etc:
