My understanding is that they print in batches and that may be once or twice a week. From people I have spoken with they have said 30-60 days (usually about 45) to actually receive their FOID. Address changes generally take about 10 days.

I have a married couple for friends who recently got theirs in 3-4 weeks.

Mine went from under review to active. Does it change when is printed ?

I electronically submitted my address change (same town, different ZIP) on 6/3/2016.
My FOID was printed 7/6/2016 and in hand a day or two later. My FCCL, OTOH, was "under review" for an additional month. After some intervention from some friendly folks as to why a simple address change took so long, I showed "Active" on 8/2 and had it in hand on 8/5. It's ridiculous given that we're vetted and re-vetted daily through NICS, and according to the ISP FSB rep I spoke to they re-verify CCL's every 30 days. |

I reported my FOID and CCL lost on July 14 or so. FOID went active today, CCL is still under review.
