My Illinois law is not up to speed so I would appreciate yall helping me out with this. Does DuPage County / Darien area have magazine capacity restrictions? Asking regarding a potential EE customer on some USGI mags I listed

Go ahead and sell them. It's the buyer's responsibility to determine if they're legal. I would make a note of that in your listing and say that by purchasing the buyer acknowledges that he/she is not prohibited to own.
