It seems that most murders are drug related nationwide.
What needs to change in Vegas specifically in order to decrease the amount of murders? |

Keep the section 8 folks in one corner and let them sort things out instead of mixing them in here and there as some grand social experiment must have promoted.

Bah, just need to legalize the rest of it. Cocaine and Heroin? Don't panic they're organic! Surely that will make everything rainbows and unicorns since there will be nothing left to fight over, right?
I mean, ignoring the fact that swift and severe punishment has been found to be the best method in reducing criminal recidivism. |
