The only thing i can definitively tell you is do not go to the 2 for 1 on boulder highway.
There is a shop in town that had it's own show fixing bad tattoos.

Pussy Cat Tattoo, they do great work.

Another great shop in town is Bad Apple.

I believe we have a local arfcommer here who is a tattoo artist as well.

Aces has a good reputation but they're also aware of that and charge accordingly.  I went to pirate for two but I haven't been back in 7 years so I can't comment on that.  There is one near Greg and Mill that's in an old house.  I forget the name of it but an old coworker was going to go there and he showed me the portfolios online and it was amazing.

you should probably let us know what city you'd like a tattoo shop in since the state is pretty big.  Wikipedia says Nevada is about 14 square miles bigger than Michigan and you can imagine someone asking you for a tattoo shop but not telling you what city.

Lately people seem to think there's only one city in Nevada.

Crome gypsy. The owner was on ink masters last season and came in second. He did good work throughout the competition.  Wouldn't trust anyone else there.

There is another new shop that just opened. Owners were both runner ups on ink masters as well. One artist was named Sausage. Don't remember the name of the shop or other artist.

PS can't peroanlly vouch for either of these places but definitely ones I would be looking into if I were looking for more ink.
