I've always had mixed feelings about these laws. I LOVE them on the surface because it allows CCW holders to be prepared to and from work. On the other hand, I hate giving the gubmint any more control over private property.

I've never worked for someone who doesn't have a parking lot for their employers. It may be small but they had one. I know retail has a size they're required to have but I'm not sure if anyone with a business license is required to have a parking lot. I'd imagine they would be. Do you have a problem with your boss not having any parking?

Do you have a problem with your boss not having any parking? No we have a parking lot,but they just changed their policy to NO FIREARMS on the property and they can search your vehicle if they want. If you refuse instant dismissal. Parking laws prevent that. Robin Titus was all for it but it was to late to introduce any new bills and she did not want to risk slowing down any other pro gun bills. |
