Hey guys,
Quick question.  Gf is a utah resident.  Snow bird question.  She is here part of the year and home part.. So if she is here longer than sixty days does she need to get a blue card for the pistol and if so will they issue one to someone without a nv dl?

State law requires anyone here longer than 30 days to become a resident and get in state plates/license/etc.
EDIT: DMV website says if you're a seasonal resident you don't need to consider yourself a resident.  I'm trying to find the NRS discussing this.

it's up to her.  I can tell you that Las Vegas has a lot of Utah/California/Arizona plates driving around every day of the week.

No kidding...it's way worse recently than ever before. Stopping at a red light it's not uncommon for more Cali plates to be around than NV
