Are there any indoor or outdoor ranges recommended near sheboygan falls?

There is the Sheboygan club, but I'm not sure they are accepting new members.

Seriously though, are you looking to become a member somewhere? Do you live in the area or are you just visiting? How far would it be reasonable to travel? The two major clubs in the area are "members only" concerning range use. If you travel a little ways north or west you can find clubs that are far more lax with regards to dues/meetings/work hours. I shot at Viking Bow & Gun in Valders for a few years. http://www.vikingbowandgun.com/ Currently I am a member of OxBow near Hilbert. Longer range and they offer a membership that exists solely to use the range. http://oxbowsportsmansclub.com/ There are several other conservation clubs in the area that have small ranges available to members.

Don't forget about Sheboygan Rifle and Pistol club.
Yes, it is a members only club, but we do have events where the general public is welcome.

We have 2 separate firing lines, with 4 set distances. (25, 50, 100 and 200 yards)
We have NRA classes which include Basic Pistol (for those who may not have ever shot a handgun before)
Personal Protection Inside the Home and Personal Protection Outside the Home. (NRA's version of concealed carry)
We also give the WI DOJ's Concealed Carry class.
We also have Action pistol matches, Buffalo Bore Rifle shoots, and several others.
