IMHO more laws would/do not help the WI DV situation. WI already has a mandatory arrest law LINK. If the police did not arrest, there was not enough there to begin with. This is even more of an askew situation with the Predom. Aggressor caveat.  What he or she does days afterward is a mute point.

I believe it is what' wrong with today's America; creating laws to enforce existing laws. I think, this rests on one's duty/ability to defend themselves in any situation.
