My experience has been that pawn shops generally have the lowest fees. Or find some one who is a "kitchen table" dealer, although they're not as common as they once were. Look for a place that doesn't keep a lot of guns in stock. The big brick and mortar stores want you to buy what they have on hand rather than help you buy what they don't.

Thanks to the recently passed gun laws here, everyone's rates got bumped up another $10 thanks to HB 13-1228.

For person to person I like the Shootist in Englewood. $20 and they've been great to be so far.

The Bullseye LLC, Mile High Concealed Carry for home based dealers, both are in Aurora. Mile High charged me $25 I believe?
The Shootist, Rapid Fire Bunker for brick and mortar. |

Gander Shithole will do transfers from person to person for $10 and the BGC for $10.

Bill Stark in centennial, right off I25 and dry creek, is a great guy to deal with. Think I've done 8-10 guns through him. Haven't used him since the BGC charge kick in.
edit- He's $20 if paperwork done before $25 after it arrives. +$10 |
